Introduction

Amla is a fruit bearing tree. It is a long flowering plant from about 20 feet to 25 feet. Apart from Asia, it is also found in Europe and Africa. Amla plants are found in abundance in the Himalayan region and in continental India. Its flowers are like the hour. Its fruits are normally small, but the processed plant produces slightly larger fruits. Its fruits are green, smooth and mottled. Their fruits are tasty in taste.

 

In Sanskrit, it is called Amrita, Amritaphal, Amalaki, Pancharasa, etc., in English, 'Anglo Myribalan' or Indian gooseberry and in Latin 'Phyllanthus emblica'. History

Its fruits come into practice before ripening. They have been described as receptors (diarrheal), diuretics and hemorrhagic. It has been said, they cause diarrhea, spasm, burning sensation, acidity, acidity, blood bile, hemorrhoids, acinar, semen, and increase in age. Brahmarasayan and Chyawanprash, these two special chemicals are prepared from amla. The first man is considered useful in keeping and positioning the disease, and the second is considered beneficial in different diseases, viz.

 

According to modern research, vitamin A is abundant in amla; In such a large quantity that even in the usual way, all the vitamins are not destroyed in making marmalade.
